Members are encouraged to form Chapters among their friends. This is to promote greater interaction and affinity among Chapter members.

Each Chapter shall consist of at least twenty registered members of the Guild. They may form their own management committees.

A Chapter may organise activities for members in the Chapter and invite other members to participate. The Chapters may also seek the approval of the Committee of the Guild for assistance to help defray the expenses of organising these activities.
