1.            The Committee may approve the formation of Chapters to promote greater interaction and affinity among members.

2.            Each Chapter shall consist of at least twenty members.  All members of any Chapter shall be registered members of the Guild.

3.            Members in a Chapter may form their own management committee, comprising a Chapter Chairman, a Chapter Secretary, a Chapter Treasurer and any number of committee members.

4.            Members in a Chapter shall conduct themselves in an honourable manner and shall uphold the objects of the Guild and abide by the Bye-Laws.

5.            The Chapters may organise activities for members in the Chapters and may invite other members to participate in the activities.  The Chapters may also seek the approval of the Committee for assistance to help defray the expenses of organising the activities.

6.            The Committee may disband a Chapter without giving any reason thereto.
